  The Beacon folks are welcoming and supportive of my spiritual beliefs. I was able to attend many times to observe what is offered and then joined and got involved. The more I do the more support I receive. UUs live by a set of principals that provide community focus and support.

  I have been a UU for years and Beacon is my spiritual community. I appreciate the warm greetings, friendly folks, and meaningful services.
  
  Unitarian Universalism is a covenantal faith, not a creedal one (it's not what you believe, but how you commit to behave in your daily life and with other UUs). UUs celebrate diversity of thought and beliefs, and come from many faith traditions. Religious exploration activities are available for children through adults.
  
  Beacon is a welcoming congregation for the LGBTQ community, and Beacon members are active in the Flagstaff community, from serving meals at the Family Food Center, to picking up litter, to volunteering in the Killip Art program.
